I’m a certified grief coach, end-of-life doula, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, with a deep commitment to supporting people through life’s most tender and transformative moments.
I work with women navigating the death of a loved one, illness, caregiving, aging, heartbreak, and the many other forms of loss that can leave us feeling untethered and alone.
My path to this work is both professional and deeply personal.
Through years of supporting others in wellness and behavior change coaching, I have witnessed how deeply grief and loss shape our emotional and physical well-being. I also bring my own lived experience of loss through my dad’s terminal illness and death, divorce in my twenties, and pregnancy loss through miscarriage. I know firsthand that grief comes in many forms — some visible, some quietly carried. These experiences have shaped me profoundly and inform the way I support others with compassion, gentleness, and a nonjudgmental presence.
I also bring a grief-informed approach to nutrition and wellness, recognizing that loss affects not only the heart and mind, but the body as well. Through grief-informed nutrition, I gently support people in nourishing themselves with compassion during seasons when eating, energy, routines, and self-care may feel especially difficult.
I believe healing is not about “getting over” loss or rushing grief. It is about finding ways to carry what has changed, honoring your experience, and feeling supported as you naviage life after loss.
I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can exhale, feel deeply seen, and know you do not have to navigate grief alone.
